Christmas Vacation Painting Part I: Early Hundred Years War English

  Due to getting a major hip surgery (and Covid) I was fairly bedridden over Christmas. However, this did enable me to get a fair number of miniatures painted. I had to learn how to paint laying down which made painting details a little tricky. The miniatures I produced were probably not my best ever but they were good enough for me.  My method of painting in bed I painted forces for the Early Hundred Years War/Scottish Wars of Independence. Below are my English forces, lovely sculpts from Claymore Castings. These are some of the best miniatures I think I have every painted, and the sculpts are what made me want to take on the project in the first place.  This is the start of an English Lion Rampant retinue, to be added will be more archers, border horse, and of course foot and mounted knights.
